Summerlin, Las Vegas

The Whole Person — hair, health, and strength, in Summerlin.

One person for your hair, your habits, and your strength. Heidi Mancini has spent thirty-five years behind the chair in Las Vegas, is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and trains clients in strength and movement. Most women assemble this from three strangers who never speak to each other. Here it stays in one place, with someone who remembers.

“When I work with people in health I look at the whole person. I just don’t throw people on a restricted diet. I work with what’s going on in your life, with goal setting. When I do a client’s hair they feel good about themselves — that’s part of whole health and taking care of ourselves.”

— Heidi Mancini

Why together

A full body transformation is not three appointments with three strangers.

Your hair, your habits, and your strength are not separate projects. They move together, and they move faster when one person can see all three.

Nothing gets handed off.The person who knows your training week is the person in your chair six weeks later. No repeating yourself, no contradictory advice.
Progress is visible sooner.Feeling good about how you look is not vanity — it is often what makes the harder habits stick.
The plan bends to your life.Goal setting starts with what is actually happening for you, not with a template someone else wrote.
One relationship, not three.Someone who remembers what you said last time, and what you were working toward before that.

How it works

The standing appointment.

A recurring hour on Heidi’s calendar. What happens in it shifts as you do.

One

A first conversation

You describe what you want to change. Heidi listens, asks, and tells you honestly what she can and cannot help with. No charge and no obligation.

Two

Start where it matters

Usually one thing first — the hair appointment you have been putting off, or the habit that keeps slipping. Momentum beats a perfect plan.

Three

Add as you are ready

Training comes in when your body is ready for it. Coaching deepens as the goals get clearer. Nothing is bolted on before it is useful.

Who this is for

You do not need to have it figured out.

You are tired of coordinating it yourself.A stylist, a trainer, and someone for the health side — none of whom know the others exist.
Something has shifted.A birthday, a transition, a difficult season. You want to look and feel like yourself again.
You have tried the restrictive version. The plan, the diet, the six-week challenge. It worked until it did not.
You want one person who remembers.Continuity, not access. Someone who knows the whole story.

What this is not

Heidi is not a dietitian, a therapist, or a medical provider.

Coaching supports habits, confidence, and personal goals. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment, and it does not replace them. For clinical nutrition, mental health, or medical care, work with a licensed professional.

In an emergency or crisis, call 911 or 988.

What it costs

Set individually, after a conversation.

Heidi does not publish a price list, because what people need from her varies widely — some want a standing hair appointment and occasional coaching, others want all three every week. Arrangements are agreed directly after a first conversation, based on what you want and how often you would like to work together. The first conversation itself is free.

Questions

Before you begin.

Do I have to take all three?

No. Many people begin with one. The Whole Person simply means that if your hair, your habits, and your strength all matter to you, they can stay with one person instead of three who never speak to each other.
